A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a handgun is affirmed over claims that: 1) the conviction was not supported by sufficient evidence because the government failed to introduce into evidence a stipulation as to two elements of his offense; and 2) he did not qualify for an enhanced sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA) because he had not been convicted of three violent felonies.
