Conviction of the former Puerto Rico Administrator for the Administraci-n de Instituciones Juveniles on charges of money laundering is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the government failed to present sufficient evidence to support the conviction; 2) the government engaged in prosecutorial misconduct that prejudiced him at trial; 3) the district court erroneously excluded testimony that would have justified his use of fraudulent invoices; and 4) the district court erred in failing to instruct the jury on specific elements of money laundering for a second time.
