United States First Circuit
US v. Gil-Carmona, 05-1425
Conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of the Maritime Drug Law Enforcement Act is affirmed where the jury would have found the defendant guilty even if the question of jurisdiction over defendant's vessel had been submitted to them, thus rendering any error in the court's failure to do so harmless.
