United States First Circuit
US v. Teleguz, 06-1751
Conviction for illegal weapons possession and sales is affirmed over defendant's arguments that the district court erred in denying his: 1) request for an entrapment instruction and in precluding him from arguing entrapment at closing; 2) motion to dismiss possession charges on interstate commerce grounds; 3) motions to suppress his post-arrest statement; and 4) motion for judgment of acquittal as a matter of law as to the possession counts.
