Conviction and sentence for use of facilities in interstate commerce in the commission of murder-for-hire and solicitation of a crime of violence are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) he is entitled to acquittal of the murder-for-hire charge because the government failed to show that the planned murder was in violation of state or federal law; 2) the evidence is not sufficient to sustain his conviction on the murder-for-hire count; 3) various errors at trial entitle him to a new trial; and 4) the district court erred in his sentencing.
