In a suit asserting state law claims of negligence, equitable estoppel and negligent misrepresentation against plaintiff's former employer after the employer provided plaintiff with an erroneous estimate of his retirement benefits, grant of judgment on the pleadings for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff's claims were preempted by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
