Sentence for armed robbery as a career offender is affirmed where: 1) defendant's sentence was below the statutory maximum, thus the Supreme Court's concern with judicial fact-findings that increase the penalty for a crime beyond the statutory maximum sentence did not apply; 2) the district court did not err in calculating the sentencing guidelines; and 3) the sentence was not unreasonably severe.
