United States First Circuit

US v. St. Pierre, 06-1462

Conviction for distribution of crack cocaine is affirmed where the district court properly denied defendant's motion to suppress evidence since: 1) the agents had a reasonable belief that exigent circumstances existed to justify a warrantless entry; and 2) defendant's pants were properly searched during the booking process.
