In a suit for breach of a franchise agreement and trademark infringement involving a donut shop, denial of plaintiff's Rule 60 motion to correct the judgment is affirmed where the record showed that a party was not accidentally omitted from the judgment. Order awarding plaintiffs attorney's fees is affirmed where the court did not abuse its discretion in lowering the plaintiffs' request since the plaintiffs, as the prevailing party, enjoyed only limited success.
