United States First Circuit

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit alleging violations of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments and various torts in connection with an order of eviction, the judgment and award of attorney's fees are affirmed over plaintiffs' challenges to rulings made during the pretrial and trial proceedings and to various reductions made in their request for fees and costs.
