United States First Circuit
French v. Corp. Receivables, Inc., 06-1533
After a judgment in favor of plaintiffs on a claim under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the trial court's reduction of plaintiffs' fee request is affirmed where the court did not abuse its discretion in reducing the fee on the grounds that the plaintiffs obtained only "de minimis" success at trial.
