Hospital Cristo Redentor, Inc. v. Nat'l Labor Relations Bd., 06-2277
Petition for review of an NLRB decision against a hospital for the discharge of an employee for union activities is denied where: 1) the Board's decision was supported by substantial evidence; and 2) purported compliance with Puerto Rico Law 80 does not preclude a finding of an unfair labor practice.
