In an appeal concerning the release of security when an appellant has previously been ordered to post that security as a condition for obtaining an injunction pending appeal, the district court's release of the security is affirmed where: 1) the district court had jurisdiction to grant the motion for release; 2) the district court satisfied the requirements of Rule 65(c) when it ordered the release.
