In a suit under ERISA seeking reinstatement of long-term disability benefits, reimbursement of medical expenses, and payment of past long-term disability benefits, summary judgment for defendant-employer is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiff's motion for leave to amend his complaint and his request to conduct discovery; and 2) defendant's decision to terminate plaintiff's disability benefits was not arbitrary or capricious.
