United States First Circuit

Molina de Massenet v. Gonzales, 06-1610

Petition for review of a denial of petitioner's second motion to reopen her removal proceedings is denied where there was no abuse of discretion in the IJ's decision to prevent petitioner from proceeding with a second I-751 petition to remove conditions on her residency status after finding that petitioner had already filed a prior I-751 that was rejected due to marriage fraud, and that petitioner herself had admitted the fraud.
