United States First Circuit

US v. Bell, 06-1421

Sentence for a credit union robbery is affirmed where the district court did not commit clear error in calculating defendant's criminal history points since there was insufficient evidence to support defendant's claim that several juvenile offenses were consolidated for sentencing purposes.
