Freadman v. Metro. Prop. & Cas. Ins. Co., 06-1486

In a suit under the ADA against a former employer alleging discrimination, retaliation and lack of reasonable accommodation, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case on any of her claims.
