In a suit against lawyers and law firms to recover $4 million lost in a series of fraudulent transfers, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) summary judgment was appropriate for negligence, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and 93A unfair trade practices claims because no attorney-client relationship was formed between plaintiff and any of the defendants; and 2) plaintiff's remaining claims were not filed within the statutory period.
