U.S. v. Coloian, 06-1357
After an acquittal on charges of bribery and conspiracy to commit bribery, denial of defendant's motion to expunge his criminal record is vacated and remanded for dismissal based on lack of jurisdiction where the district court did not have ancillary jurisdiction to adjudicate a motion to expunge a criminal record based purely on equitable grounds.
