Fed. Ins. Co. v. HPSC, Inc., 06-1050

In a declaratory action by an insurer seeking rescission of an executive protection insurance policy because of a misrepresentation made by defendant in an insurance renewal application, judgment for defendant is affirmed over plaintiff's claims that the district court admitted irrelevant and prejudicial evidence on the materiality of defendant's misrepresentation and that it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law on all claims.
