United States First Circuit

Trapp v. Spencer, 05-2827

Dismissal of a habeas petition is affirmed over petitioner's arguments that: 1) he was entitled to rely on his attorney and should not be held responsible for her mistake in filing the petition beyond the limitations period; and 2) the totality of the circumstances qualifies him for equitable tolling.
