In an action by a shareholder of a company for professional negligence, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation against an accounting firm for its appraisal of the company, dismissal is reversed where plaintiff, contrary to the trial court's opinion, had made sufficient claims regarding causation to survive a 12(b)(6) motion.
