Gomez-Perez v. Potter, 06-1614

In a retaliation suit brought under Section 15 of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, summary judgment for defendant US Postal Service is affirmed where, although the USPS and Postmaster General have waived sovereign immunity with respect to ADEA suits, Section 15 of the ADEA does not provide a cause of action for retaliation by federal employers.
