United States First Circuit

Locke v. Coplan, 05-1251

Denial of petition for writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where the state court's determination that petitioner was not in police custody after admitting to his role in a crime was not an unreasonable application of clearly established federal law since there was no clearly established federal law on the issue.
