Conviction and sentence for two robberies interfering with interstate commerce are affirmed where: 1) defendant could not establish a Brady violation as a result of the district court's discovery refusal since he could not show that he was deprived of material, exculpatory evidence; 2) the district court conducted his trial in a fair and impartial manner; and 3) the sentence did not violate due process or the ex post facto clause, and defendant did not offer any support for his claim of unreasonableness.
