Vives v. Fajardo, 05-2813
Summary judgment for the Puerto Rico Secretary of Education in a suit alleging retaliation in violation of the Rehabilitation Act is affirmed where there was insufficient evidence of retaliatory animus to warrant a trial, and plaintiffs could demonstrate no possible prejudice as a result of the court's sua sponte grant of summary judgment.
