In a dispute between parties to a long-term marketing agreement involving nutritional/dietary supplements and health care services, an arbitration panel award in favor of appellee is affirmed over claims that: 1) a conclusion regarding renewal commissions violated the express language of the contract; 2) a holding regarding paid cancels violated the express language of the contract; and 3) appellee first breached the contract.
