United States First Circuit

Diaz-Reyes v. Fuentes-Ortiz, 06-1179

In an employment discrimination action brought by an employee against several agency employees and against the Secretary of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, an appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction where a review of the order on appeal revealed that the district court did not intend the order to be a final judgment disposing of the litigation for purposes of appellate jurisdiction.
