In a dispute between contractors and a bond issuer involving on a construction project in Haiti, an appeal from rulings granting summary judgment for plaintiff on a claim against defendant-insurer, summary judgment for the insurer on its third-party claim for indemnification against appellant, and dismissal of appellant's cross-claims against plaintiff, is dismissed in part for lack of jurisdiction, but otherwise the rulings are affirmed.
