Feeney v. Corr. Med. Servs., 05-2224

Dismissal and summary judgment for defendants in a 42 U.S.C. 1983 case alleging deliberate indifference to plaintiff's serious medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment is affirmed where the defendants' actions were not so clearly inadequate as to amount to a refusal to provide essential care.
