Velez-Pardo v. Thermo King de Puerto Rico, Inc., 05-2661
In an action alleging violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. sections 621-634, summary judgment to defendant employer is reversed where plaintiff's objections to the summary motion pass muster under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(b) and Local Rule 72(d).
