Ouk v. Gonzales, 06-1266
The Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) denial of petition for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), is affirmed and petition for review denied, where: 1) petitioner has not met her burden of establishing a well-founded fear of future persecution; and 2) she had failed to establish that it was more likely than not that she would be persecuted or tortured if she returned to Cambodia.
