Zheng v. Gonzales, 05-2562

Petition for review of denial of application for asylum and withholding of deportation is denied where: 1) petitioner's failure to retain counsel after being advised of his right to do so did not constitute a deprivation of due process; and 2) the IJ's adverse credibility determination was well supported by substantial evidence.
