Judgment for plaintiffs in a suit against police officers for excessive force is affirmed where: 1) a reasonable juror could have reached a conclusion favorable to the plaintiffs concerning the use of excessive force; 2) the issue of excessive compensatory damages was waived by defendants; and 3) the award and amount of punitive damages was not erroneous.
