Beaudette v. Louisville Ladder, Inc., 05-2685
Summary judgment for defendant, a ladder manufacturer, in a personal injury suit brought by a construction worker injured after a ladder collapse is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in excluding plaintiffs' expert witness testimony; 2) the court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to allow a late disclosure of expert testimony; and 3) the court did not err in requiring expert testimony for plaintiffs' inadequate warning claim.
