Watman v. Groman, 05-2687
Denial of debtor's discharge of indebtedness is affirmed where the bankruptcy court: 1) correctly concluded that the debtor had in fact transferred property; 2) did not err in finding that the debtor acted with intent to hinder, delay, or defraud a creditor; and 3) properly considered all of the issues identified for remand.
