United States First Circuit

T-Peg, Inc. v. Vermont Timber Works, Inc., 05-2866

Summary judgment for defendant in an architectural copyright infringement suit is reversed where copyright protection in architectural works covers the overall form as well as the arrangement and composition of spaces and elements in the design, thus there was a genuine issue of material fact concerning substantial similarity to plaintiff's design.
