Levin v. Dalva Brothers, Inc., 05-2284

Judgment for defendant in a case involving an antiques purchase is vacated in relation to express warranty claims where a jury instruction allowing the jury to find that certain attributions were opinions and not warranties should not have been given, but the judgment is affirmed in all other respects.
