U.S. v. Peralta, 05-1825

Sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute is affirmed where defendant's claim of error in counting a youthful adjudication towards his status as a career offender was not presented to the sentencing judge and the counting of the adjudication did not constitute plain error.
