Petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied over petitioner's claims that: 1) the introduction of a prior bad act for the purpose of establishing identity violated due process; 2) the introduction of testimony by previously hypnotized witnesses violated the Confrontation Clause; and 3) the voir dire was constitutionally insufficient.
