Toloza-Jimenez v. Gonzales, 05-2134

Petition for review of denial of application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture is denied where: 1) petitioner could show neither past persecution nor a well-founded fear of persecution; and 2) having failed to show eligibility for asylum, petitioner could not meet the higher burden for withholding of removal.
