Santiago-Diaz v. Laboratorio Clinico y de Referencia del Este, 05-2543
Dismissal of a medical malpractice action with prejudice is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff consistently flouted the court's case management order; 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in ordering the preclusion of plaintiff's expert witness; and 3) dismissal was proper in a medical malpractice case with no expert witness testimony.
