US v. Charles, 05-1327

Conviction for assault on a federal officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 111 is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) admitting evidence of defendant's drug possession; and 2) allowing the government's case agent, an alleged victim of the assault, to sit at the government's counsel table.
