United States First Circuit

Conviction for assault on a federal officer is affirmed where: 1) admission of testimony and evidence concerning drug possession did not constitute an abuse of discretion; and 2) the presence of one of the victims in his capacity as case manager at the prosecution's counsel table did not violate the Federal Rules of Evidence or due process.
