Convictions for carjacking with intent to cause death or serious bodily harm, resulting in death, are affirmed over defendants' arguments that the district court misinterpreted the intent requirement of the offense and that they would have not pleaded guilty if the court properly explained the intent element, and over one defendant's argument that the government violated its plea agreement by urging the judge to impose a life sentence.
