Puerto Rico Ports Auth. v. Umpierre-Solares, 05-1637

Judgment for defendant in a contract dispute over a sunken ship is affirmed where the district court had admiralty jurisdiction over the dispute and correctly ruled that plaintiff's claim was barred by the doctrine of laches.
