Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, crack and heroin are affirmed over defendants claims of: 1) insufficient evidence to support the conviction; 2) error in sentence enhancements and denial of downward departure; 3) error in the court's sentencing without a specific finding of the drug amounts he was personally responsible for; and 4) Booker error that would justify a remand for resentencing.
