Obershaw v. Lanman, 05-2419

Denial of petition for habeas corpus is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the jury improperly instructed; 2) the police obtained incriminating statements from him in violation of his rights to remain silent and to counsel; and 3) the prosecution made improper remarks that amounted to a violation of due process.
