Baella-Silva v. Hulsey, 05-1214

Sanction order arising out of breach of the terms of a settlement agreement is affirmed where: 1) there was an arguable basis for concluding that subject matter jurisdiction existed to enter the settlement judgment; 2) there was a disclosure of confidential information in violation of the agreement; and 3) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in the amount or imposition of sanctions for filing a prohibited lawsuit.
