Santos v. Posadas de Puerto Rico Associates, Inc., 05-2070

Judgment for plaintiff in a slip-and-fall action is affirmed where: 1) the district court's alteration of the order of proof did not unfairly burden defendant; 2) the district court properly admitted expert testimony; 3) there was no error in the use of minimalist verdict forms; and 4) defendant failed to renew its motion for judgment as a matter of law after the verdict.
